It was always a dream to open their own venue, and after almost six months of searching, in mid-2013, Gus and Nic made that dream a reality! A stone’s throw from Yarra Park, they knew it could be the perfect venue for a midweek tipple, a celebratory spot for friends and family, or a must-stop on the way to the MCG. In 2013, owner Gus and his wife Nic fulfilled their dream by opening Tippler & Co at 58 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne. They transformed a tired space into a vibrant venue, offering great drinks, memorable experiences, and exceptional service. Approaching nearly a decade, they continue to find joy in discovering memorable tipples, working alongside wonderful staff and witnessing the satisfaction from guests as they enjoy our hospitality.
