-       Our Skydeck can host up to 180 guests, or you can book out the entire venue for up to 500 guests.

 In the event of wet weather we can condense the Skydeck area with blinds however this is a very rare occurrence.

-       As soon as possible! We take bookings up to 3 years in advance – please note we cannot guarantee menus/pricing at that time, however we can certainly lock your preferred area in based on a minimum spend.

-       To be eligible for a refund cancellation must be requested in writing atleast 21days before your event date. After this time we cannot guarantee a refund.

-       Our spaces have a minimum food & beverage spend. Please have a chat to our function team

-       Absolutely! Our function team can provide you with the vendors we love to work with. You are also welcome to bring in your own (we will just need to know who they are and what they’re bringing ahead of time).

-       There are a few ideal options within a 15 minute drive of the venue.

-       Absolutely – we offer both options depending on your budget and preference.

-       Of course! As all our cocktails are made on the spot we suggest limiting your choices to 1 or 2 to avoid long wait times.

-       Absolutely. Appointments are available during the week – contact our functions coordinator for options. You are also more than welcome to check out the venue at any time and our lovely bar staff can point out the best spots.

-       Unfortunately not, however we welcome the use of bubbles.

-       Most decorations are allowed, however please no glitter/confetti/table scatters/open flames/live animals (ie fish). We also ask that you try choose an environmentally friendly option for your decor.

-       You are welcome to provide a DJ or live duo for weddings in the Skydeck. Please note due to the residential nature of the venue the music must be turned down from 11pm.

T's & C's:

- Music must be turned down from 11pm, and off by 11.30pm. 11pm - 11.30pm the venue's internal music can be played, or your own playlist via phone or other device through our sound system. 

- DJ/Band must play through venue speakers, no addiitonal speakers are premitted. Connection is via XLR cable with 'female' input.

- Set up & sound check must be completed no later than 30 minutes prior to the function commencing.

- If the DJ is found to be non-compliant with sound level regulations, management reserves the right to turn off the music entirely at any time during the function.

-       Absolutely! In fact, we recommend them - Many vendors offer a discount for mid week weddings making your event more wallet friendly meaning your budget for the good stuff (food & drinks) can go further!

-       We offer both ceremony and cocktail reception options. Have a chat to our function team about options along with recommended suppliers for set up ideas.

-       A 30% deposit of your anticipated spend is required to lock in the space.

-       Final numbers and payment is required 21 days before the event.

-       Unfortunately our team are unable to set up your decor for your event, we recommend a close friend/family member who can execute your vision. If you would prefer for all your guests to just have fun, we recommend arranging an on the day coordinator to help you out!
