The Outdoor Beer Garden is an enchanting choice for an outdoor wedding with fairy lights, a rustic-chic aesthetic, and space for up to 250 guests. Couples love the Band Roo,/Function Room, with space for up to 150 guests seated and 300 guests standing. Lounge Bar is ideal for more intimate celebrations with beautiful 1920s art deco styling and ample room for up to 70 guests seated and100 guests standing for a cocktail-style event.

The Lot 142 Beer Garden – this outdoor venue is stylish with rustic-style white chairs & fairy-light adorned trees. Fire pits & misters are available to suit all weather conditions. Features include an undercover alfresco area with high tables & wine barrels. Suitable from 10 to 250 guests.
Band Room - with marble-style table tops & high bar cocktail tables, this room offers both comfort & elegant style. Choose from a sophisticated seated event for 10 to 300 guests or a cocktail soiree for up to 280 people. Includes an elevated stage area, surround-sound entertainment system, timber floors, reverse cycle air-conditioning & much more.
Lounge Bar – this art-deco inspired bar is sure to impress your guests with a chandelier-lit entrance & spacious design. The bar is suited for a cocktail reception or private dinner, holding anywhere from 10 to 100 people. Featuring a marble-style bar area featuring art-deco lights, surround-sound entertainment system, microphone, timber floors, natural light, reverse cycle air-conditioning & much more.

The Stirling Arms Hotel boasts 9 split king & queen suites, 4 with balconies. We also have a 3 bedroom fully self-contained apartment, which is an ideal space for pre-wedding photos, hair & make-up & all pre-wedding celebrations.
We allow children who are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to attend the entirety of your wedding.
Weddings held in the Band Bar & Lounge Bar allow those who are underage to attend, accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, until 9pm.
Yes! We offer exclusive discount rates on accommodation for guests attending your wedding at The Stirling Arms Hotel. Ask us for more information.
Yes we do, there is street parking along Meadow Street & a large carpark with 200 bays at the rear of the venue.
On Friday, Saturday & Sunday we are open 11am - 12am. On Monday to Thursday, we are open 12pm - 10pm.
We offer in-house catering only. However, we do allow wedding cakes at the venue & will provide you with plates & cutlery at no additional charge.
Alternatively, we will cut, garnish & serve your wedding cake for a $5 per person cakeage fee.
Final numbers are required 4 weeks prior to your Wedding Day.
Yes, please let us know upon booking or submitting final numbers & we will ensure your wedding guests dietary requirements are looked after.
