Our function room is a fairly large space and can comfortably fit 150 people seated, a dance floor, top table, cake table and gift table. 

At Secret Harbour Golf Links we pride ourselves on being an all inclusive venue. Included in the package prices are the following:

The cost of a vendor meal is $45 per person and includes a meal and a non alcoholic drink.

No. Unfortunately as we are a licensed venue we cannot allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises.

Yes definitely. We welcome and encourage you to bring your preferred decorations for your special day. We ask you to bring them the day prior to your wedding day so that we can ensure they are set up as you wish. 


Any decorations that require major set up will have to be done by a member of your family on the evening before or morning of your wedding. Alternatively, we can review this case by case and set up at an additional cost for one of our members of staff to set this up for you.

As the room is so large we require a minimum of 50 guests, as any less than that will not fill the space.

Yes. Please ensure that they are sitting on adequate bases.

No, most definitely not. We are open to the general public at all times for meals, golf and functions.

We require a $500 deposit bond to secure your date. This a 100% refundable bond as long as there is no damage to the venue or excessive cleaning costs. 

We require payment in full two weeks prior to your special day. 

For cancellations:

  • six months’ notice, a 100% deposit is returned. 
  • 30 days or less, 60% of the contracted amount to be paid.
  • 14 days or less, 100% of the contracted amount to be paid.

Yes, our chef can cater for vegans, vegetarians or provide gluten free options on request.

There are ample parking spaces provided for your guests, free of charge.

Yes! We would love you to be able to bring your furry family member to your special day. Unfortunately due to health and safety regulations pets can not enter the wedding reception but are more than  welcome to join the ceremony.

Yes. Our Weddings and Functions Coordinator Leila will be your point of contact leading up to and throughout the day of your wedding to assist you.

Yes! If you have booked both ceremony and reception included in our Wedding Packages is a guided on course photography experience lead by a member of our team, taking you to all of our imagery hot spots to enable you to get the most out of your wedding photography. This also includes 3 x decorated golf carts and non decorated golf carts for photographers and videographers.

We offer canapes, sparkling wine, beer and orange juice prior to the wedding reception for an additional cost of $15pp. 

 

Alternatively you can direct your guests to our bar to purchase drinks of their own.

Unfortunately not. We have a fantastic team of Chef’s willing and able to provide you with an excellent meal for your special day.

Unfortunately not with our pricing being competitive all year around. We can however offer complimentary canapes for weddings booked for June, July & August when this offer is mentioned.

The venue has no restrictions on suppliers. Please ensure you advise Leila our Wedding and Functions Coordinator who will be delivering, contact numbers and time of deliveries.

Our liquor licence only allows alcohol to be served and purchased until midnight Friday & Saturday and until 8pm on Sundays. Should you wish to extend past this time, you must advise us 3 months in advance in order for  an extended trading permit to be applied for. There is an additional cost of $150.

We require all changes to be made at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding to ensure the chef has plenty of time to make necessary changes when ordering.

Yes, to comply with our noise management plan, all music must cease at midnight. Our noise management plan can be explained to you at the time of booking.

Leading up to the date of your Wedding our Wedding Coordinator will contact your vendors to discuss appropriate delivery times and advise them on the relevant information.

We have access to a basic PA system, however generally your DJ or MC will provide a sound system.

What is the average bar tab for most weddings?

Secret Harbour

As in previous response it really does depend on how many guests are attending and how long the reception will run for. Most people set about a $2,000 bar tab.

At our venue all of our packages include a 6 hour unlimeted drinks package as part of the cost "per person". Be sure to ask your venue if this is something that they do to ensure you are aware of all inlcusions and offers!

How long is a reception?

Secret Harbour

In our experience we have found that most couples have their Wedding Ceremony in the late afternoon. They usualy begin their ceremony at 6pm so that it allows enough time in between the ceremony and the reception to have your photgraphs taken and give you plenty of time to freshen up and take a moment for you and your partner. We find that receptions that start at 6pm are perfect as the food will generally follow within an hour after your arrival, just as your guests start to become hungry. 

A 6pm recreption start time is also great as it gives you plenty of time to enjoy the evening. Most venues start to close at 12am.

At Secret Harbour Golf Links we accomodate Weddings and Functions and regulary hold Engagment parties. We are 40 minutes South of Perth in Mandurah Rockingham region and surrounded the lush greens of a golf course and the cool breeze of the Occean just a stones throw away. Please feel free to contact us and we can send you a Special Occassions package for your perusal. If you would like to view our function we are more than happy to meet with you and answer any questions you may have or if you would like to pop down and check the venue out on a causal basis, we do have a lunch menu 7 days a week that you could tie in with your vist.
