What are the parking arrangements?

We have a large carpark of approximately 130 bays located directly out front of the venue. There is no fee payable.

Can I have our wedding ceremony at your venue?

Yes. There is the option to have the ceremony inside the venue. Alternatively we have beautiful parklands surrounding the venue which overlooks the Swan River and provides the perfect ceremony backdrop!

The Main Dining Room can comfortably accommodate 130 guests seated or 150 cocktail style, we can also cater for intimate Wedding Receptions in our Private Dining Room. The neutral tones and the Italian imported white leather chairs allow flexibility when accommodating personal theming or colour preferences.

Acqua Viva on the Swan is considered one of Perth’s most impressive Wedding Reception Venues, centrally located to Perth City. Easily accessible by road or boat, Acqua Viva is close to an array of garden settings for photographs and ceremonies with several local churches close by.

Can I reserve a booking date?

We do not tentatively hold dates.

How do I confirm a booking?

We require a $1,000 deposit to confirm a booking.

How late can we party?

Our normal conclusion time is 12am however there is the option to extend. Additional fees apply.

Can I extend beyond the package time, eg. 5 hour event?

Yes, we usually recommend a package no longer than 6 hours.

Can I upgrade the beverages?

Yes.

To Blagitza and the Team and Acqua Viva on The Swan, Thank you to the amazing staff for making our wedding day everything we'd ever dreamt of. What a wonderful team, flawless food and beautiful venue. We could not fault a thing, and would happily recommend this venue in a heart beat. This venue is beyond anything you could dream of. The service from the first email, until after our reception was phenomenal. The Coordinator is world class, with nothing being too much trouble for her. The staff on the night were all fantastic and very accommodating. The food was perfection. Could not recommend this venue any more.

Amazing venue with friendly and helpful staff. We had countless compliments from our guests about both the excellent food and the great friendly service.
