Woods Sherbrooke is the premier small wedding reception venue in the Dandenong Ranges. Situated on the fringe of the forest and surrounded by old English gardens, you and your guests will delight in the beauty and tranquility.

The wedding ceremony takes place either in the garden under a marquee, or in the entrance parlour at the front of the venue in the event of inclement weather. Many churches are located within close proximity.

The main restaurant captures views of the garden through large oval windows, effectively bringing the outside in. Guests enjoy air-conditioned comfort in warmer months, with a wood fire burning brightly creating a cosy ambience in winter. Oriental inspired artwork adorns the red and espresso walls, creating a chic contemporary feel.

Woods' award winning chefs create wonderful dishes sourced from organic, free range and chemical free produce (Age Good Food Guide 2003-2008 Editions; One Chefs Hat award-Australian and New Zealand Good Food and Accommodation Guide 2007).

A luxury spa self contained cottage accommodating up to four guests is located on site.

“We recently had the pleasure of having our wedding at Woods Sherbrooke for 40 guests. There are no words to describe the incredible attention to detail, kindness and thoroughness of the Woods staff. Gill, the General Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we dreamt of starting with pre-dinner drinks in the beautiful gardens highlighted with white hanging lanterns, sipping champagne in the dappled sunlight of the oak trees to the melodic tunes of Woods very own acoustic guitarist. ….truly magical!!! Our guests raved about every morsel of food which was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented making our day not only fun and stress free, but a dream come true! Bravo Woods Sherbrooke!!”

This was a beautiful place for our wedding. The location was intimate and warm, perfect garden for the ceremony and lovely space for indoor reception. The food was high quality and delicious (which all our guest loved) and the service was spectacular! So friendly and helpful. I highly recommend having your wedding here.
