Josephine’s Restaurant seats up to 100 guests in the Pavilion Room, and our converted original Shearing Shed can accommodate up to 30 with a roaring fire, its the perfect setting for a more intimate affair. Both can be joined together to accommodate a cocktail wedding of up to 150 guests.

It overlooks the grounds of the Briars with its gardens and unique natural surrounds. With its rustic character combined with its ambiance, the atmosphere is set.
