Hello future brides & grooms! My name is Pip and I am the wedding & event coordinator at Tindarra. I have come from Melbourne's event world with a ambition to make your dreams come true. I absolutely love getting to know you, all the emails & calls (please don't think its annoying, I love it!!). I work with you to create your best possible wedding and am available to help from the first contact all the way through to and on the big day, you're never alone!!

FAQ
With onsite accommodation everything is in the one place. Your guests can select from three and two-bedroom villas or studio apartments, all of which are all fully self-contained with kitchen, laundry, main bathroom and large living areas. Our modern villas can sleep a total of 106 guests withadditional people on trundle beds. Our recommended bridal villas accommodate the bride and groom parties over the wedding weekend in separate areas of the Resort.
Tentative Bookings:
A tentative hold can be placed on your preferred date for 2 weeks
To Book:
To confirm a booking, a $1500 non-refundable deposit is required accompanied by the signed contract and exclusivity form. This deposit will be allocated towards the total cost of your wedding at Tindarra Resort
Balance:
Final numbers are due 14 days out from the Wedding with final invoice due no later than 7 days prior. Couples may choose to pay the Wedding off over the course of their booking in instalments if they wish.

Absolutely! In fact the moment you book I send out a number of documents to help you along the way. This includes a suppliers list (who we know are the best), photo locations, budgeting tips a general 'What's Next' guide and much more! If theres anything that's not on the list, I can make suggestions and keep you on the right path for your vision and budget.
No you don't need to hire a wedding planner as you have me included! It is my job to ensure that everything runs smoothly and nothing is missed. I am there for you from the initial contact till the night after your wedding. I'm here to help you through the entire process, bounce ideas off, tell about the nightmares you've been having and bring you a tissue or a drink at the exact moment you need it.

Hi there. Wondering if we're supposed to cater meals for our wedding suppliers, and which suppliers are typically included? Need to factor into our budget.
Tindarra Resort
We recommend that anyone that is still around by the main feeding time should be served a supplier meal , this would include the people involved with the music , photographers/ videographer. Normaly venues will cater for the floor staff , meaning you wouldnt have to worry.
Most suppliers we have met have stated they arent always feed , when they are they are over the moon with the hospitality and being thought about in that context.
I can't decide! Round or rectangle tables?
What are the pros and cons of round or rectangle tables? What do most couples choose?

Here at Tindarra we have both round and Rectangle , but we love to suggest the round tables to our wedding clients. Why you may ask ? Well whats better then sitting down at a round table having a share meal meeting new people that all have a connection to the wonderful couple tieing the knot that day. Round tables allow you to engage with everyone on your table with ease.
