The Line

Normally for a full-day hire the space will be available for bump-in and setup from 9am and it is yours until our live music/DJ license ends at 11pm and last drinks are served by 11:30pm. Then our wonderful staff and suppliers will handle the rest! It is also uncommon for couples to require more than a single day hire but if you need it that is certainly an option.

Due to the size and nature of the venue we recommend events for a minimum of 50 people. The venue can be partitioned so it feels more intimate for smaller events. Ask us to see a floor plan or come and see it for yourself!

We have some great caterers that we work with; caterers require a license and appropriate public liability insurance. If you intend to offer food for your guests, we can discuss the most appropriate catering depending on the style you might like. Let us know and we can send you some options - all of the companies we work with are happy to customise menus and can easily take into account dietary requirements. They also know the space and how to work with it! We don’t allow catering from food trucks, it is just logistically impractical!

Our liquor license means that we are required to handle beverage service in-house and we are well-equipped with a large bar. Packages are customisable in terms of the product offerings and cover staffing pricing too. If you are getting kegs/cases gifted for your event we can talk about corkage fees too!

Depending on the style of event that you are looking to run we can supply a limited amount of furniture:  - 10 x dining tables (2.4x1.2m) - 8 x church pews - 1 x emerald green lounge suite If you require more furnishings and decor, we work with some incredible suppliers who have executed some phenomenal styling and theming in the space, so depending on what you are looking for we can make some suggestions and introduce you to them.
