Loved the venue and they style. The reason i gave 4 stars was on the day i was running late and despite me telling them how long i would be they continued to call me several times which stressed me out. It was bad enough that i was running late which was out of my control, and while guests were waiting they wouldn't serve and refreshments. Also there was only 2 toilets for over 150 guests. They need to fix that.

Our wedding at Spotswood Pumping Station ran incredibly well on the night thanks to Eliza. Eliza was a huge help from the day she was appointed as our Event Coordinator and on the night was very busy and didn't stop working right until the end of the event. We would happily give Eliza as a coordinator 5 stars! Some costs were additional/unexpected plus we had quite a lapse in communication when our previous Event Coordinator left the company and no-one told us. Otherwise we had a good experience, and the venue looked amazing on the night.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Such a great and unique space for such an amazing day. We did cocktail function and this worked well. The staff are super friendly at Whitecard (the venue organisers) and were accommodating for all our requirements. Would definitely recommend this venue for a unique and memorable event.
