Silks Catering offers extensive catering and co-ordinated event services at more than 35 of Victoria's Most Spectacular Wedding Venues. We have over 15 years' experience which allows us to make any event a success. Silks is renowned for amazing wedding catering, through exceptional quality and value for money.

Silks Catering has catered at several venues across Victoria ranging from wineries, country-side, receptions, halls, gardens, conference centres, hotels, private domains and more. Tell us your Venue choice or we can assist you in finding one.

Each venue has specific requirements that you will need to be aware of before your event. Our event co-ordinators have close relationships with many across Victoria. If you haven't yet booked a venue, please enquire with Silks to obtain more information that may assist you in deciding which one is the right for you.

Once a venue is booked (whether by yourselves or Silks), our event co-ordinators will represent you at the venue to help manage your event.

My partner and I recently had Silks cater our wedding reception and we cannot thank them enough! With my background being Australian and my partner's Vietnamese, we faced the challenge of merging two distinct culinary traditions in a way that would appeal to our families' varied palates, including some very picky eaters and a range of dietary restrictions. My partner and I were offered a variety of suggestions and recommendations which was refined into a beautiful seven-course meal. My father, who has specific dietary preferences, was provided with a completely alternative meal from the main course and was thouroughly impressed. Following our big day, we have received nothing but postive feedback about how delicious the food was. We wholeheartedly recommend Silks to anyone in search of exceptional catering services, particularly for events that involve blending cultures and culinary traditions. Silks was great. The food (asian, multicourse banquet) was delicious and the serving size was very generous. Everyone loved the food. Communication was fantastic with prompt emails and they were easy to reach on phone or zoom. Service on the day was quick. I appreciated the effort and saw the manager jump in behind the bar at busy times.
