Yes, they can be. Whether you are after an all inclusive package or only certain inclusions, we can tailor packages according to your needs.

Can I provide my own catering and drinks?

No, food and beverage must be organised through the Mulgrave Country Club. Cake is the only food item allowed to be brought onto premises.

Can I have my ceremony at the Mulgrave Country Club?

You can have your ceremony on our downstairs terrace (subject to availability and guest amount)

Is your venue easy to find?

25 min from the CBD and the corner or Jells and Wellington Road, the Mulgrave Country Club is hard not to miss.

Do you have a disabled access? Do you have onsite parking?

The Club has free onsite parking. A disabled access can be found at the main entrance.

Can specific dietary requirements be met for our event?

Yes, they absolutely can. Our chefs can prepare for most dietary requirements.

Is there an outdoor area available at the venue?

The Mulgrave and Panorama room have their own outdoor spaces, which can be utilised during the reception.

Is there a Wedding Coordinator on the day to help me?

Our dedicated wedding coordinators will take you through from booking, all the way to the end of the wedding reception on the day.

When do we meet and when do we discuss the menus and beverages?

We meet for the first time when the bridal couple comes for a venue inspection. Once the booking has been made we will make a schedule to chat over the phone and/or meet up. Catering and beverage choices will need to be chosen 2 months prior.

Do I need to make an appointment for a consultation and to view the venue?

We recommend that you book in for a venue inspection. This way you will get the best idea of how your reception will look like if held at the Mulgrave Country Club

An exceptional venue to have our Wedding reception in. We had a cocktail party in the upstairs Panorama room. Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for the 85 people who attended. The food was magnificent and we were well looked after. I would highly recommend it for value and style.
