Little Henri has 3 separate but connected spaces - a dining room plus a covered courtyard plus an open courtyard. These open and flowing spaces can accommodate a myriad of functions from formal plated dinners to contemporary and/or casual cocktail style events. The courtyards are ideal for wedding ceremonies and/or pre-dinner canapés and drinks. The courtyards also provide the options to have music and dancing away from seated guests, photo booths and other decor items.
Maximum capacity for seated events is 60 guests, and upto 150 guests for cocktail events.
Little Henri is already beautifully decorated and has held many events with minimal or no extra decorations. It has a banquette area with many plants dangling from industrial style lights and this is ideal for the bridal party. The covered courtyard is also full of green plants with a garden wall perfect as a backdrop for ceremonies and/or photos. The open courtyard has ornamental pear trees which are filled with fairy lights and provide a wonderful atmosphere at night.
Of course extra decorations can be brought in to add a personal touch or theme to your event.
The Little Henri team sets up all items and furniture belonging to the venue according to requirements. The team can also help with setting up items brought in personally. Any items provided by external vendors, such as props or flowers, should be set up by the vendor.
Front entrance has a ramp. There is a small step down between the dining room and the covered courtyard however a small portable ramp is available. There is no wheelchair access from covered courtyard to upper courtyard as it has several steps. However the upper courtyard can be accessed from the back lane way.
Little Henri also has an accessible toilet.
Absolutely! There are 5 beautiful spots across the two courtyards. To view the spots please see our function pack and the virtual tour on our website. At Little Henri your ceremony does not have to be under the mercy of Melbourne's weather as we have covered and and uncovered spaces.
There is a small set up fee to have the ceremony onsite.
Little Henri can cater for most dietary requirements but not for severe allergies.
Our events co-ordinator - who is also the owner - will help with planning as well as overseeing the execution of the plan on the night. All details of the events are written up and copies sent to clients and the Little Henri team a week prior to the event to ensure all are aware of all details and program for the night.
