Mansion Hotel is an easy 30 minute drive from Melbourne’s CBD; located within the Werribee Park Precinct.
Yes, parking is complimentary in our open air car park. There is plenty of parking space, as well as room for coaches.
Lancemore Mansion Hotel does offer a dedicated wedding co-ordinator to help guide you through the process and make your wedding as easy as possible. Your coordinator will assist with setup, supplier coordination and answering any questions you may have along the way taking that additional stress away.
Here at Mansion Hotel, our wedding ceremonies are held within the Formal Gardens of Werribee Park. There are several locations to choose from, which can be explored upon appointment.
No need to keep refreshing that weather app, we’ll do it for you!
Depending on the weather conditions, our alternative is to relocate your ceremony under the arches of the Historic Werribee Mansion; you’ll stay dry under the 1870’s Italianate architecture whilst still enjoying the stunning garden outlook.
We do have other alternatives available and discuss these with you in the lead up to the final decision.
If you are looking for a spectacular arrival to the property, we do have the opportunity of helicopter arrival!
For an intimate affair, ceremonies and your reception can be hosted inside the Historic Mansion. This opportunity is available from 6pm onwards and is only available for limited guest numbers.
Of course, we look after specific dietary requirements and allergies. This information is finalised closer to your wedding date with your wedding coordinator.
Absolutely, if you are looking to extend the celebrations, we offer extensions at an additional cost per person, per hour. Your Wedding Coordinator will guide you through these options.
Lancemore Mansion Hotel at Werribee Park boasts boutique 91 guest rooms, neither you nor your guests will need to travel far to reach a soft bed when your reception ends.
Three room types are available for your wedding guests to book. A discounted rate of 10% is offered to wedding guests and is redeemable online with a convenient personalised wedding discount code.
Finishing times for wedding reception can be negotiated with your Wedding Coordinator during your final planning meeting, which is held approximately 30 days from the big day!
We host menu tastings seasonally throughout the year exclusively for our couples only. You will be invited by your Wedding Coordinator to attend a Menu Tasting prior to your wedding date. Here you will sample all the current food and beverage offerings so you can make an educated decision on the all-important menu selections.
External catering is available in the Mansion Marquee. For this option, a venue hire fee is applicable.
We are unable to reserve a date without a deposit. Lancemore Mansion Hotel offers a 7 day period of a refundable $500.00 deposit, After this 7 days, a further $1,500.00 will confirm your wedding and the official planning can begin!
