Chelsea Function Centre Located by the beach, and at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula is "The Chelsea Function Centre".

We cater for all your wedding needs from 50 to 400 people in either of our two function rooms.

The 'Ballroom' offers Grand style weddings at an affordable price. Complete with it's own full sized stage and all the appropriate audio visual equipment you are likely to need.

The 'L.F. Payne Wedding Room' offers a more boutique style environment, for a more personal experience.

Our wedding team can provide professional advice on what best suits your needs, including wedding planning, flowers, photography and entertainment.

We would like to extend our services to you, so you can celebrate your 'Once in a lifetime' day in a worry free and professional environment.
