Café Italia has been established for twenty years. We are a sophisticated, contemporary, yet relaxed operation – the perfect venue for any special occasion.

Located only two minutes from the Melbourne CBD, Café Italia is set in an attractive Mediterranean sandstone courtyard. We pride ourselves on our fine cuisine, professional team and flexibility to make your special day your own.

At Café Italia, we offer a variety of menus and beverage packages and can easily cater for vegetarians or special dietary requirements. Our packages are competitively priced offering northern Italian dishes and a range of fine wines.

We understand the organisation required to make your event a success, which is why we offer you an all-inclusive tailored package.

Our facilities can accommodate up to 200 persons for a sit-down function or 300 for a stand-up cocktail party. Alternatively we can also cater for small intimate groups.

We offer inside or outside dinning depending on your preference.

Ample car parking is available in the Carlton clocktower complex, adjacent to the restaurant.
