We understand that all couples are different and our Wedding Manager loves to think out side of the box. If our current seated wedding package doesn't quite hit the mark, we would be more than happy to custom curate a package for you.
Absolutely! Whilst our highly trained culinary team can offer an inspired menu, we do permit external caterers at W Sydney. A per person price will apply which will include tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery, staffing and beverages.
Yes, a bridal suite for the couple and their bridal party is included for weddings held in the Great Room. This includes full length mirrors, powerpoints for hair and makeup touchups, an inbuilt bathroom and plenty of seating to relax.
There are 588 rooms available at W Sydney which includes a mix of one - three bedroom suites for all requirements. When securing ten or more rooms, we can arrange a special rate for your wedding day.
W Sydney is a pet friendly hotel and we can certainly include all members of the family to the wedding celebrations! Please note, additional charges may apply for cleaning fees and, an external pet sitter will need to be arranged as the venue cannot pet sit during the reception.
