FAQ

What time is ceremony & reception usually?

The ceremony is no earlier than 4:30 pm with the reception beginning immediately after at around 5 pm.

Closing times depend on your drink package duration but usually around midnight we kindly ask to turndown the music.

What happens if it rains on my wedding day?

Depending on your guest numbers we have the option to set up indoors for both reception and ceremony if the weather doesn’t allow for either to be outside. In the event your numbers are bigger than what can be held within the restaurant a marquee can be arranged.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes of course! Our menu caters for a range of dietary requirements including diary free, gluten-free, no onion/garlic, vegan & vegetarian. It is your responsibility to collect the dietary requirements of your guests and with enough notice, let your wedding coordinator know.

We have just had our wedding at White Elephant with Barefoot Beach Weddings and can not fault our experience with them. Kirby made the whole lead up process so stress free, there was no question unanswered and nothing was ever a hassle. She made the lead up to the wedding an enjoyable process instead of being stressful as people expect. Then the night was so amazing and everything we hoped. Staff were great, food was perfect and there was lots of it, drinks were flowing all night and the dfloor was going off. Really highly recommend them and we will be raving about our night for years to come.
