Located an hour south of Perth, The Sebel Mandurah is a stunning world-class hotel where elegant function rooms combine with breathtaking scenery to guarantee that your wedding celebration will be one to remember. The hotel and surrounding waterfront gardens provide a romantic backdrop for ceremony and reception, inspired wedding photography and idyllic Mandurah honeymoons.
Elegant Acacia Room caters for 50-100 guests and overlooks the Mandurah Estuary with a private balcony to take advantage of those unrivalled water views. Banksia Room is perfect for intimate wedding occasions of up to 30 guests with a private pool-side courtyard for pre-dinner drinks. The Sebel also offers a ‘pop-up’ wedding package which includes your ceremony followed by a two-hour cocktail reception in the Acacia or Banksia Room.
Wedding packages start from only $129 per person and most packages receive complimentary wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom including sparkling wine and chocolates.
The Sebel Mandurah offers spacious and beautifully appointed guestrooms including Superior King Rooms and One bedroom apartments featuring West facing town views whilst the Superior King Water View Rooms and Bath Bliss Rooms feature stunning Mandjar Bay views. The perfect place so you can soak up the relaxed waterfront atmosphere while you prepare for your special day. The Sebel also offers special accommodation rates for your wedding guests.

FAQ
The hotel has a license for Noise and Alcohol until midnight.
The wines as stated per package are the only wines inclusive in each package price. However, you may pay an upgrade fee per person for the wine to be upgraded.
Should you require any spirits for the event, these may only be purchased on a Cash Bar basis or charged on consumption, house spirits start from $8.00 per drink.
BYO beverages are not permitted.
Banksia Room – access via the main hotel lobby, past the lifts.

Your space will only be held once your deposit has been paid.
Access times are not able to be confirmed until one week prior to your reception.
The Sebel Pop up Package is based on 20 guests, all other packages are based on a minimum of 50 adult guests. If your wedding is a smaller more intimate affair, please contact our wedding coordinator Sarah Stott to discuss your options.
Banksia room requires a minimum number of 20 guests, with a maximum of 44 guests cocktail style.
Acacia room requires a minimum number of 50 guests with a maximum of 120 guests seated, or 150 guests cocktail style, inclusive of the bridal table and a dance floor.
Upon confirming your reception at The Sebel Mandurah, we will issue a contract at which time you will have 14 days to sign and return with a deposit.
Final instalments and dates will be noted in the contract. Final numbers along with full prepayment will be due one month prior to your wedding reception.
No appointment necessary, however viewing is dependent on room availability.
