The rooms were excelent, clean, and staff are really nice. they did make us feel special during our time there. 10 out of 10. All our guess slept there that traveled from afar and was looked after very well.

I couldn't have been more disappointed at the service from this allegedly 5 star property. Having prepared them for our timetable and the fact that we were leaving the hotel at a certain time (the female bridal party) and wanted the room cleaned for us to return for our wedding night, I found the bathroom filthy, the bedcovers cursorily pulled up and over all we didn't have the suite properly serviced in the two nights I was there. When I commented how disappointed I was that there was still hair and makeup in the basin on the second morning I was offered the room serving policy to read. I have complained in writing but have received no reply.
