Built in 1851, our historical venue is a breathtaking blank canvas which makes this the perfect backdrop for the wedding of your dreams. 

Our exquisite venue boasts four uniquely different function spaces, from our sprawling undercover terrace, to our Chefs Semi-Private Dining Room and finally PRIVÈ our private function rooms, Ploós is the quintessential wedding venue.  Ploós offers a variety of catering options, from our stunning cocktail and grazing menus through to our plated banquet feasts, we can offer the perfect food and beverage to accompany our stunning venue which will leave you and your guests talking for days, weeks and years to come.

Award-winning restauranteur and Executive Chef, Peter Conistis creates a menu that celebrates all that is Mediterranean cuisine with Aegean, Cretan and Cypriot influences and flavours which is Ploós. Peter began his career in 1991 with his restaurant Cosmos and has gone on to receive accolades.

Ploós named after the Greek word’ Sail’ pays homage to Sydney Opera House and the water of our stunning harbour. 

Our experienced and knowledgeable team here at Ploós will ensure your wedding day is as perfect as you had dreamed. From the picturesque view of the stunning Sydney Harbour, to the textures of the historic sandstone, paired with the culinary delights of our Executive Chef, Ploós is the all-inclusive venue you have been waiting for.

Our Pikilia set menus start from $120 per person and range to a bespoke menu created by Chef Peter Conistis starting from $220 per person.
