Greendays Restaurant & Bar is a fully licensed establishment from 10 am to midnight. Their management and employees will at all times be bound to state licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act.

Greendays Restaurant & Bar is equipped with a sound system. You are more than welcome to bring along a musicdevice to play during your event with Greendays Restaurant & Bar staff having the right to control music volume.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

Greendays Restaurant & Bar must be notified IN writing of a cancellation.Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is 6 months prior to the event date.If cancelled within 3 months of the event, the deposit & 50% of further payments made will be retained by Greendays. If cancelled within 2 weeks of the event, all monies paid will be retained by Greendays.

To secure your function, a deposit of $500 is required.50% of balance is due 3 months before the event.Final payment is due 2 weeks before the eventAny additional charges to be charged on the provided credit card on the conclusion of the event

Our team has exemplary experience in ensuring that the quality of our food and service can be carried into offsite venues, bringing a touch of GREENDAYS to every occasion.

We also accommodate for all dietary requirements and are happy to create any variations of the menu for your event. We also offer a Bar Tab on consumption package with a pre-set limit. Cash bar or top up options are available on the night.

VENUE CAPACITY

We have capacity for 200 standing or 120 seated guests

PRICING

At Greendays, there is a total minimum spend of $8,000 which will apply for weekends (Friday-Sunday). A minimum spend of $5,000 will apply for weekdays, Monday to Thursday. This spend will secure the entire venue exclusively to you from 5.00pm to 11.00pm for your function. Please note that the minimum spend is fully redeemable on food and beverage. Prices are valid for 2021.

EVENT MANAGER AND MEETINGS

Once you have confirmed the date of your event our events coordinator will assist you with every aspect of your event to make the process seamless.

FINAL GUEST NUMBERS

Final guest numbers including dietary requirements must be provided 14 days prior to the event date. The host of the event will be charged for NO LESS than the number of confirmed guests. No refunds will be supplied for NO SHOWS.

DAMAGE LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Clients will be held financially liable for damage sustained to Greendays Restaurant & Bar during the event. While Greendays Restaurant & Bar takes all necessary care, we accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property prior to, during, or after your event. Neither does Greendays Restaurant & Bar accept responsibility for any injury caused by one guest to another.

Venue owner, Ai Ling was amazing to work with. She offered ideas, was flexible and reliable. Rescheduled twice (covid) with no issues. Both our ceremony and reception was held at Greendays. Stunning setting with separate areas for ceremony, canapes and dining. Staff were friendly and efficient - and really looked after us. Food was super yum! We had roaming canapes as entree and seated mains. Bride and Groom and Kids meals were dropped first. Perfect venue 100% recommend.

We recently celebrated our wedding at Greendays Restaurant and Bar on September the 18th. First off, let me just praise Ai Ling and her AMAZING staff! With the border closures suddenly occurring so close to our wedding date, it reduced our guest count by half and we were at a loss of what to do as we knew we couldn't meet the minimum spend of many places. Ai Ling asked us what numbers we had to work with and said "leave it to me". So we cancelled our large ceremony venue (as they wouldn't budge) and decided to hold both our ceremony and reception at Greendays. It was the best decision we ever made! Her and her team were so welcoming and accommodating, our wedding was pure bliss! The girls in the back were so lovely and really made our night stress-free! The food was DELICIOUS. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food tasted and how perfectly cooked and fresh it was. They still rave about it! Don't be fooled by what you see on the outside of the building because as soon as you walk in you are taken to another place, as if you've stepped into bali or something! This was the first venue that I (my husband didn't come with me) visited and I instantly fell in love! I decided then and there that that was the place we'd celebrate our wedding. What's amazing about Greendays is that because the venue is beautifully decorated with lush plants and flowers, fairy lights and great decor, you really don't need to have anything more! The only extra decor that we used was an arbour and aisle flowers for our ceremony and then we re-used those aisle flowers as decor for the reception tables. All in all, we highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married here! You will not regret it! Thank you again Ai Ling and your wonderful staff for an amazing time!
