Mt Duneed Estate

We cater to weddings of all sizes.  Depending on the size of your wedding, we can offer dates that will suit.

During peak season (October to April), Mt Duneed Estate has a minimum food and beverage spend based on 160 guests for a Saturday wedding, 110 guests for a Friday wedding, 80 guests for a Sunday or mid-week wedding date.  

During off-peak season (May to September), Mt Duneed Estate has a minimum food and beverage spend based on 110 guests for a Saturday wedding, 80 guests for a Friday, Sunday or mid-week wedding.

If your number of guests falls below the minimum spends listed, you may use the cost difference in upgrades or alterations to your menu to reach the minimum spend.  

At Mt Duneed Estate, we understand how confusing and overwhelming organising a wedding can be!  We offer an all-inclusive price per head that covers you for a five-hour food and beverage package. This means that there are no hidden costs or things that will be charged to you without realising!  

We do not charge a venue hire for weddings, nor do we add any additional costs such as security, a knife to cut your cake, cake cutting fee, dietary requirements, linen, crockery, furniture hire etc. 

We keep it simple so you know exactly what to expect. There is enough to plan and worry about without the fear of the day costing you more than anticipated.

The only additional fee we do have is our ceremony fee as it is an option to be married in our beautiful Olive Grove.

One of the most amazing inclusions into our package is our experienced Event Managers.

Our team work with you from the very beginning to ensure that your wedding is everything you have ever dreamed of.  The more we learn about you and what is important, the better we can help you have the most perfect day.

You will be assigned a dedicated experienced Event Manager to help you with floor plans, menu choices and ensuring that the complete day runs smoothly. 

Our team will work with each of your suppliers to ensure they know what time to arrive, where to set up etc.  This means you just need to arrive on the day and not stress about your band turning up and knowing where to go!  Our team will take care of the lot!

We have just finished building eight one-bedroom pods for our wedding couples and guests to stay on-site.  Our wedding couples are given first opportunity to book on their wedding night and are also given a 20% discount.  Each room has a king size bed, kitchenette, luxurious fixtures and fittings, our five Vineyard Rooms have an outdoor bath on the balcony to gaze over our stunning vineyard.  Each room includes a delicious continental breakfast as well as a bottle of our Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine. 

Check in from 2pm.

Check out by 10am.

Our High season runs from October up until and including April.

Our Mid season covers both May and September

Our Low season runs from June through to August.
