Venue 

• Initial on-site visit to discuss and check out venue with venue wedding coordinator
• Ongoing correspondence with venue coordinator to organise all ceremony and reception details
• Choice of three stunning ceremony areas, all featuring water views
• Chairs for ceremony guests 
• Table and chairs to allow for certificate signing
• Sumptuous three-course lunch or dinner for up to 15 guests in the restaurant
• Drinks and any extra guests cost to be organised directly with the venue

Celebrant 

• Initial face-to-face meeting or Zoom meeting, with ongoing correspondence
• Use of resource folders for ceremony ideas and inspiration
• Individually written ceremony
• Catch-up prior to wedding, either done face-to-face or via Zoom
• Portable public address system for music, with sound capability if needed for
• ceremony
• Perform marriage ceremony
• Completion of all legal paperwork and submission of marriage documents to Office of Births, Deaths and Marriages

Photographer 

• Pre-wedding Zoom or phone consultation to discuss services and your special day
• Two hours of official photography, covering set-up, wedding ceremony, with family and group photos and couple scenic shots.

• Photos will be delivered via online gallery in .jpeg file format, within the time frame of 4-6 weeks after the wedding takes place.
• The maximum number of images will be delivered where practicable, but the focus is on quality over quantity with our team

• Option to have photobooks, framed images, etc. at extra cost, negotiated directly with the photographer
