The room is versatile, accommodating up to 60 guests with a dance floor or 80 without for a sit-down event. It can comfortably host 150 guests for a more relaxed cocktail-style gathering. We take pride in providing top-notch amenities to enhance your experience.  Our integrated audio system with audio and laptop connectivity, projector and 116-inch built-in screen, two wireless microphones, lectern, and easel are all at your disposal. These amenities are designed to bring your vision for your wedding to life, ensuring that every moment is as magical as you've imagined.

While Berth endeavors to accommodate requests for special meals for customers with food allergies or intolerance, we cannot guarantee complete allergy-free meals due to potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients.

If you’re unsure of which meals & beverages you’d like to select for your event, we welcome you to enjoy a food & beverage menu tasting in the restaurant. This must be booked with reasonable notice and coordinated through our Events team

Arrive or depart in style aboard a stylish yacht via water taxi – in full view of your guests on the balcony. For your guests, there are numerous New Quay car parks only a minutes’ walk from Berth. The District Docklands East Car Park is secure, multi-level undercover parking with multiple autopay options. No pre-booking is required. EAST CAR PARK, 90 Waterfront Way, Docklands, 3008 (Opposite Melbourne Star) Public transport facilities are also available within walking distance. Yarra Trams (City Circle, #70 or #86) run into Docklands Drive in the Free Tram Zone

Highly recommend this place for your wedding. Darren was simply amazing in organizing everything for us, made sure all the guest were happy and went above and beyond to make sure our whole day was perfect and he didn't fail us.

Berth was an outstanding venue for our same-sex wedding, from ceremony to reception. Hi, we are looking for a Melbourne Church that will accomodate Same Sex ceremonies. We are also looking for Melbourne venues that would accommodate a same sex reception, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When you are looking for a place to get married you have to think about how you have envisioned the day! View the venue and you will know when you get the right feel! Don't forget to try the food :)

Two hours gap between the wedding ceremony and the reception.. is this acceptable?

Berth

Yes, if the set up is from Ceremony into Cocktail style 1.5 hours is adequate, alternatively from Cocktail to sit-down style 2 hours.
