We can organise spirits for your wedding or event to be available. You can choose to have a pre-paid bar tab or allow for guests to purchase spirits. The spirits will be served from behind the bar, after main meal service, + must be mixed - we do not allow shots, or service of alcohol neat or on the rocks. Please let your Event Manager know prior to your wedding or event if you would like to have spirits.

Access is 2 hours prior. Earlier access can be confirmed closer to the date depending on other bookings. Please speak to your Event Manager to confirm timings.

Approximately one team member per 15 guests.  

Yes, your Event Manager will be present at the beginning of your Wedding or Event to ensure that all is running smoothly + as planned. You will be looked after on the day by your Team Leader, they will introduce themselves upon your arrival to the venue.

Cake cutting is complimentary.  

A 3-piece band is the maximum we can allow, this includes the vocalist, no subwoofers are to be used in or outside the venue at any time and all music must cease at 11pm and 10pm on Sundays. 

Yes, we do! Please list all guests in our Special Meal Requirements section on your Final Details Form, + we will cater for their needs.

They may be seated at a guest table if they happen to be a friend or acquaintance, however, most vendors will be happy to be seated just outside of the venue.

We charge $70.00pp for your vendors, + provide a plated main meal + full beverage package. 

If you have the upstairs area booked this can be provided at an additional cost, depending on availability. If you hold your reception downstairs you can hire the upstairs area for your ceremony for an additional cost. Please speak to your Event Coordinator for further information.  

The Northern Beaches Council. A permit can be applied for through The Northern Beaches Council via the website.

Yes, we have The Boathouse Ceremony Styling Package which may be set at any location on the Northern Beaches or on-site - please contact your venue Coordinator to check that this is available for your date.  

If you book our Ceremony Styling Package you have the option to include a beverage station at your ceremony location (Council permitting). Please speak to your Event Manager for further information on pricing + potential council restrictions.

50 metres away from the venue when the café is still open. If the café is closed + your event is upstairs you can smoke in the pergola area just downstairs outside.
