As part of your wedding pacakge, you will have Exclusive Use of the property including accommodation, with breakfast, for up to 8 guests in 9 rooms and suites.

This includes the Signature Suite for the Bride and Groom.

The Woodbridge is ideal for elopements and small, intimate weddings, but we can partner with nearby properties for larger weddings.

We offer your choice of:

Bridal Party Accommodation and Photographic rights, with ceremony and reception off-site

Accommodation + ceremony + reception on-site

Accommodation + ceremony only on-site, with reception off site nearby

Accommodation: Up to 18 guests in 9 rooms/suites

Reception: Up to 30 guests for seated reception in our riverfront Pavilion, somewhat more for standing with cocktail, food stations. For larger receptions we partner with quality reception venues nearby.

Ceremony:  For up to 30 guests, choose between our riverside gardens or the ballroom. 

                     Our river foreshore accommodates somewhat larger numbers for ceremony (but with the reception off-site)

You can arrive or depart by riverboat or seaplane via our orivate river pontoon.

if the foreshore is not being used for the ceremony or reception, helicopters can arrive/depart from there.

The Woodbridge offers a bare bones venue, so you will be able to work directly with your caterers and bar team.

We reccommend a number of caterers that we know are able to work within the constraints of our facilities.

There are so many things to get right for the perfect day.

And we all want it to be perfect!

We want all your memories of The Woodbridge to be cherished meaningful times with those nearest and dearest, without any recollection of stress.

The Wedding Planner takes the stress off you by helping you to put it all together, and they bring their experience of ''what if' thinking, 'how to' knowledge, and 'go-to' contacts.

They will work directly with The Woodbridge and your suppliers on your behalf to smooth out all the bumps along the way, and they will come up with ideas that your probably would not have thought of.

And on the day, you and your loved want to embrace every moment, without any distractions.
