Sault Restaurant

Well! It can get more perfect than Sault for a wedding!!! Thanks to Jodi for everything!!! Communication was always very good and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! Sault is an idyllic place to get married and we got very very very lucky with the weather! - it was perfect! I want to say that the service was outstanding!!! not only for us the bride and groom but the guests commented how good the service was! Thank you to everyone who service us on the day! Especial mention to Nell, who keep my glass of mimosa full thorough out the night! Also, thank you Jodi for rescuing me from the panic attack I had just before walking down the aisle. My dream wedding came true at Sault!

Sault was just the perfect autumn wedding venue for us – both Jodie and Damien are so friendly – they are so easy to deal with and communicative – they made the wedding planning process a breeze. The venue is not only in a beautiful location, but also has the most delicious food sourced from the local Daylesford region. Our wedding guests kept talking about the food for many weeks after the wedding! The grounds are just idyllic, and the restaurant provided the most beautiful and intimate wedding for us – memories that will last forever. Our wedding day was just amazing, and absolutely perfect – we love Sault, and will be returning for amazing anniversary dinners and lunches for years to come. Thank you Jodi and Damien :)

Jodie and her team were outstanding. The food was incredible, the venue absolutely stunning and the team incredibly professional. Our guests were so well taken care of and absolutely everyone loved their experience of Sault.
