Your options are endless and flexible, topped off with boutique onsite accommodation - ideal for you and your guests to wind down in after the festivities.

Butlers Land Vineyard can accommodate up to 80 seated guests and 200 for outdoor events.

After living in Melbourne and raising our family, we decided to have a change of pace. We found Butlers Lane Vineyard down a quiet country road and were immediately aware of how much potential this property offered. With 5 years of hard work it is transformed into a beautiful hidden gem in the Daylesford surrounds. We have had family and friends events and weddings here - after such amazing feedback we decided to open to the public to enjoy our special place also.

Wake to birdsong in our beautiful new apartment has fabulous views over the valley. Comprising of large living room, fully equiped miele kitchen, bedroom and bathroom will be included in our basic package at no extra cost, a saving of $250. A great space to get ready for your special day.

We try to be flexible with this depending on your needs. We are happy to negiotate the times.
Both Grant and myself will be on site for your event to ensure things run smoothly.
You are welcome to hire additional security should you chose to.
Last drinks are at 10.30. All guests must depart the property by 11pm.
We can arrange for our stylist to organise and set your specific tablescape that you have chosen. Please ask us how.
We have many props available for your use within the hire price. This includes tressel tables, bentwood chairs, bench seating, glassware, plates, candle holders and candles and some fairy lights. We have other many other items available on request.
Any damage to these items will incur a replacement fee and the cost will vary depending on the item.
We can assist with your wedding planning and styling if you would like.
We also have some great people who we work with that we are happy to recommend.
At Butlers Lane Vineyard we pride ourselves on partnering with professional suppliers who can provide a wide variety of tailor made menus using local seasonal fresh produce. Our preferred caterers work closely with us and are familiar with the property.
After your deposit is made, the chef will assist you in designing your menu and offer a food tasting.
We have also partnered with a food truck who can also provide a wide selection on their menu.
If there is a special request for a caterer, please discuss with us.
No, we do not have BYO drinks. We offer 3 tiers of alcohol packaging, we can also design a Butlers cocktail, and samples of your choices are available. Bar staff are provided.
Yes. Our large deck is undercover, suitable for your ceremony or set up for dining.
There is also a gazebo providing shade for the hot weather or protection from rain.
Inside our function room, your ceremony can be set up having a white wall backdrop, perfect for arbour, hoop or floral displays and also have room for cocktails, sitdown dining and dancing.
Yes, we have a bridal suite which can be used for the bridal party to get ready, consisting of sitting room, bedroom and ensuite. The bride and groom can stay the night for a small fee.
Around Glenlyon there are many Air bnb accommodation places so guests can stay close by and of course a plethora of accommodation options in Daylesford (10 minutes away).
Our venue has a fire pit, disabled bathroom as well as a microphone and speaker system available for use.
We allow the use of rose or flower petals only, however are unable to allow the use of glitter or confetti.
