Immerse is located in the picturesque Yarra Valley – around an hour from the CBD and the airport – but galaxies away from the stresses of everyday life. Sweeping vistas of the vineyard, ornamental lake and glorious gardens create images that ensure memories of your wedding will last a lifetime.

Our Beautiful Chapels

Our romantic chapel with soaring ceilings and stone floor is nestled amongst the vines and has sweeping views of the vineyard through stunning floor to ceiling windows. Our gorgeous Garden Chapel is fully covered with open sides and is situated next to a large ornamental lake and glorious rose gardens.

Outstanding Food and Wine

We are proud that the Immerse Restaurant has been in the Age GoodFood Guide since 2008 and we have our award winning wines to match.

Boutique, On-site Accommodation

Immerse has 20 boutique rooms all of which are just a short stroll from the restaurant. Our Deluxe Bridal Suite is considered to be one of the finest in the Yarra Valley and is the perfect place to spend your wedding night.

Do you allow puppy dogs?

We love having your puppies come celebrate your big day :) They are allowed in the chapel & all over the grounds.

Can we BYO?

Unfotunatley we do not have a BYO licence, however if you have a drink in mind please let one of the wedding team know.

Do you leave bottles of wine or jugs of beer on tables?

We do not leave any alcohol on the tables as we do full tables service.

What a phenomenal day our wedding was! From the moment we toured Immerse Winery we already felt warmly welcomed and cared for, and had no trouble deciding to book this venue for our special day. All the coordinators we interacted with were absolutely fantastic - so helpful, patient, friendly and prompt in email/phone responses. The venue itself is stunning - the beautiful gardens (our guests complimented on how gorgeous the grounds are), 3 options for your ceremony (outdoors, chapel and undercover garden chapel), rustic reception space and of course the onsite accommodation was not only modern and clean but was a fantastic option for us and the guests. Our wedding in mid-December was spoilt with colourful roses in full bloom, the last of the wisteria and lots of other florals adding a splash of colour to the garden. The food was wonderful. Far from the typical "alternating dry chicken and dry steak", beautiful flavours, generous portions and a wide variety of options which I believe are seasonal throughout the year. We cannot speak more highly of the Immerse Wedding Team and the incredible wedding day they hosted for us. Thank you so much!

Immerse was professional and welcoming from the get go. From the initial first meeting till the final touches and set up, the team they have make you feel at ease during these busy times and make sure you have the best wedding you can possibly have. Accommodating in every way, they are always there to help and make sure everything runs smooth. It is such a beautiful space and with everything being on site, it made the day flow smoothly. Great food and great service, everyone who attended loved it. Could not recommend them any higher to any couple looking to have the perfect wedding.

Wow. Our wedding was truly a dream come true at Immerse! It's such an absolutely breathtaking venue from the vineyard, to the chapels to the reception space and accommodation cabins. It couldn't be more stunning if it tried! Additionally, the Wedding Planning Team at Immerse are nothing short of amazing; every single person we interacted with was professional & completely on top of everything. They were supportive, responsive & informative for every query. When it came to the week of the wedding dropping off decorations, they took thorough notes so that on the day everything was executed perfectly & myself and our Bridal party could enjoy the day! It was truly perfect, every single part of it. We had actually found Immerse via the Easy Weddings app & we are so glad - it was simply perfect and our wedding day was a dream come true.

What can I say except Immerse delivered 100/10!! Hands down the absolute best venue with the most incredible team. Throughout my whole wedding planning process I was so impressed by how quickly the team always came back to me to answer the many questions I had. Nothing is too hard of an ask of this venue's team and they are incredibly hands-on you need to see the day executed as smoothly as possible. On the day, the service was out of this world. I don't think one guest ever had a chance to empty their glass when sitting down for meals. Many people told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

'Wedding season' is generally the most popoular times of year to get married. It can also be known as 'peak season' or 'high season'. This time of year is usually between October - May.

The Yarra Valley can look very different at different times of year, so it's always worth checking out lots of photos from all different times of year to see what you like best :)
