My name is Kalpana (Kal). I represent Wirrina Cove Resort as the Front Office Manager, Wedding and Conference Coordinator. I have worked in hospitality and Government agencies in three different countries. I am originally from Fiji and have lived in New Zealand and now in Australia. I have travelled to many islands in the Pacific and Europe. My customer service experience has come from working in different countries with people from different ethnicity and walks of life.
