THE BARN
Our sustainable built Barn is suitable for intimate receptions from 20 - 60 Guests with stunning fire place, rustic chandeliers, pool table, festoon lighting, lounge area, fully air-conditioned and preparation kitchen - It can also be hired for wet weather purposes.

Exclusive use of the barn area for your reception: Our onsite stylist will tailor your reception design to suit your theme and colour scheme - we include all chairs, tables, furnishings, table numbers, decorative plates, candles, napkins, wishing well, cake stand, cake knife and a variety of other styling items to suit your wedding.

THE MAJESTIC MARQUEES
Our luxurious Majestic Marquee area is suitable for larger receptions from 60 - 120 Guests. There are two completely floored Marquees, with beautiful Italian Crystal Chandelier, Seperate Bar area & Dance floor Marquee opens up to a stunning view over our sandstone edged lake.

FAQ
Yes, we have two beautiful heritage listed houses that can accommodate up to 18 guests.
Yes, however this must be served via the catering/bar staff, there is no self service of alcohol.
We have selected caterers that work exclusively with us to cater your event.
Yes, unless you have booked our ceremony only option. Prices for each ceremony site will differ though.
The curfew is strictly 10:00pm for all music to stop. All guests vacate the property by 11pm excluding those guests staying in the on-site accomodation.

Hi, I would like to know if wedding venues usually have a changing room where we can change our clothes? And if not, what do you suggest?

Our venue Fernbank Farm allows for BYO alocohol as long as our bar staff serve the drinks. We also allow for extrernal catering on an approval basis, if they have worked with us before, know the site & have had good reviews then we are happy for them to cater your event.
Two hours gap between the wedding ceremony and the reception.. is this acceptable?

This is fairly normal, however guests should be looked after with drinks and food and if possible things to do such as games like croquet, boules, chess, coytes, skittles, noughts and crosses ..... these games are provided at Fernbank on the lawns and guests really participate.
