It was always a dream to open their own venue, and after almost six months of searching, in mid-2013, Gus and Nic made that dream a reality! A stone’s throw from Yarra Park, they knew it could be the perfect venue for a midweek tipple, a celebratory spot for friends and family, or a must-stop on the way to the MCG. Creating an inviting place where everyone can relax with their favourite drink, treat themselves to something new, and receive exceptional service again and again — this space will remain an iconic location!

In 2013, owner Gus and his wife Nic fulfilled their dream by opening Tippler & Co at 58 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne. They transformed a tired space into a vibrant venue, offering great drinks, memorable experiences, and exceptional service. Approaching nearly a decade, they continue to find joy in discovering memorable tipples, working alongside wonderful staff and witnessing the satisfaction from guests as they enjoy our hospitality.

You betcha! Rain or shine, we've got your back. There's a bit of a secret handshake (okay, maybe not that secret) involving extra sparkle and staff, but we'll make it a rainy day to remember.
We're the superheroes of catering. Got a dietary thing? We've probably got a menu for it. From veggie lovers to gluten avoiders and even FODMAP aficionados, we're here to create culinary magic. Just a heads up, our only arch-nemesis is Kosher (cue dramatic music) but we can nail that too with a bit of outside help!
