Absolutely - our kitchen brigade is able to work around any requirements that you may have - we just as that you give us notice of such requirements in the early stages of planning your big day
We absolutely do! Please let us know how many rooms you may require, and we can work with you to ensure that you are all allocated good rates and located on the same floors.
We certainly do. All areas of the hotel and event spaces are completely accessible to those with disabilitiese or in a wheelchair. We also have wheelchair friendly accomodation rooms should you or any of your guests require them.

Are many venues open over the Christmas/New Year period?
I am from overseas and my family can pretty much only come to Australia June-August or around Christmas. We're wanting a wedding in Newcastle so are worried about the weather June-August being cold, wet, windy and not a great time for people to explore Australia at its best. This pretty much leaves the Christmas period. Of course this is subject to availability of venues but I wonder if generally they all close down or stay open over that period. Thanks!
