This venue was amazing! They helped so much through the whole wedding planning process and on the night everyone was so helpful and happy and the food was amazing! It was an absolute pressure having our wedding here and would do it all again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The Summit was fabulous! They were very flexible, the whole evening ran really smoothly. Throughout the whole process from bookings and consultations to collecting our things, everyone made us feel really special. One of the lovely things the summit did for us was to arrange a limo to wait for us at the end of the wedding and drove us to our accommodation!

We were blown away by our extraordinary experience at the Summit – not only is it a beautiful wedding venue with the best views of Brisbane, but the functions team and restaurant staff went above and beyond and delivered outstanding service. Tess and Nicola were so organised, friendly and professional and always there to put us at ease in the lead-up to, day of and after the wedding. The food was amazing and many of our guests commented about how great the service was at our cocktail party reception. Can’t recommend highly enough as a wedding venue!

Congratulations on your engagement! Was there a State or area that you were looking to get married in? You should find a number of venues that offer both ceremony and reception. We are located at Brisbane Lookout, Mt Coot-tha - only 7kms from the Brisbane CBD. The Summit Restaurant offers exquisite views stretching as far out as Moreton Bay and the most amazing food! We can easily cater to your guest number for reception and ceremony. If you are searching for a Queensland venue then we would love to hear from you!

are venue prices including catering and tables and chairs? or is it just the venue?

Congratulations!

Catered venues such as a restaurant or hotel would usually include tables and chairs etc. in all packages - however it is always best to double check. Most wedding packages should outline all inclusions. If you are just hiring a hall or marquee for a DIY wedding this is when furniture is most often needed to be considered as an extra. Best call of action is to speak to the co-ordinator directly and ask them what you are expected to provide in regards to set up (will they set your decorations or do you need to organise that also)?
