The stunning Frangipani ballroom will cater for dinner receptions for up to 250 guests or cocktail receptions for up to 350 guests. With operable walls the Ballroom can also accommodate more initiamte affairs.  Looking to celebrate with only close family and friends? The Hotel offers initimate venues for up to 28 guests. 

We invite you to experience fine cuisine, impeccable service and exquisite design while celebrating your vows at the award winning Emporium Hotel.

Your wedding guests are also offered discounted accommodation rates and, as our gift to you, wedding packages with 80 or more guests include a complimentary nights stay on the night of your celebration. Special rates for your family and friends*, conditions apply.

Me and my Husband Steven booked Emporium Hotel South Brisbane as Wedding Reception venue and we could not be happier with how the evening went! All the staff were so lovely and professional and always making sure we were happy and comfortable! The venue was beautiful and decorated perfectly! Katie Button our wedding coordinator especially did everything perfectly for us! She organised everything perfectly with our suppliers and we didn't have to stress about a thing! Lastly we were so happy with our king suite we got as a complimentary wedding night stay as it was decorated beautifully and we had a lovely view from the room! Overall couldn't asked for a more wonderful evening! We are so happy and all our guests were as well ❤️

We had an amazing wedding reception in the Parklands Suite at Emporium Hotel South Bank. Emporium was extremely flexible when we had to change dates due to COVID-19 and Mikaela went out of her way to help us have a wonderful wedding. The room was exquisite, food and wine delicious, and the views breathtaking. We can highly recommend Emporium Hotel South Bank as a wedding venue.

I recently had my wedding at the Emporium Hotel and would just like to say thanks to the awesome team there! Mikaela was super lovely from the start and helped with the planning every step of the way. The customer service level at the hotel is extremely high and and everything from the night stays to the coordination and run of the wedding on the day/evening was perfect! If you are looking for a wedding venue where everything can be in one spot - this is it. I have always been worried about the rain and of course it rained on the entire day of my wedding and we were so lucky to have a beautiful setting of the hotel to get photos inside.

The whole team at Emporium Hotel helped us create an unforgettable wedding day, it was everything we could have imagined and more. The incredible views from the 21st floor penthouse certainly set the scene for our guests as they enjoyed cocktail hour at sunset on the balcony followed by a stunning 5 course dinner. We could not fault a thing on the day, the food, service and set up was exceptional. Thank you!
