I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at the Conservation Hut for catering a fantastic reception on the 8th of November 2024. The day was absolutely perfect—the view overlooking the Jamison Valley was simply breathtaking, and the food and service were first class. Shane & Charlie couldn’t have been more helpful every step of the way, going above and beyond to cater to our every need. I would absolutely recommend the Conservation Hut for a wedding reception—it was everything we hoped for and more.

Easy and prompt communication with business owner; all requests accommodated; nothing was too much trouble; staff on the night were brilliant - lots of positive comments from our guests on the venue, food and staff. We would recommend the venue for the aforesaid reasons. In addition, we had the ceremony on the deck/veranda making it ideal for having both it and reception at the same location. Lastly, the beautiful Blue Mountains view cannot be beaten.
