Set around a beautiful landscaped lake with rose gardens, you will have the choice of two areas within the grounds to celebrate your nuptials.
Our reception rooms overlook the lake and gardens, providing a relaxed ambiences for you to enjoy and celebrate with your family and friends.
Once here you would not have to leave the property, we can accommodate all your needs.
Indulge in beauty treatments in the day spa to relax before the big event, enjoy a drink and dine in Azzuri with its Mediterranean inspired menu, then retire to our great choice of accommodation from our lodge and superior rooms through to our family apartments.

At Mercure Ballarat we offer both ceremony and reception facilities. Which your ceremony and reception can held in the inside or outside.
Mercure Ballarat offers a total of 86 accommodation rooms with all rooms featuring either one king bed or two king singles to meet your accommodation requirements. We also offer 9 two bed apartment which has kitchen and dining area downstairs. Upstairs has two bedrooms with one king size bed and two single beds, with bathroom and laundry facility.
Mercure Ballarat hotel has a total of 97 accommodation rooms.
