Grampians Park Station

Hire our stunning private Estate for your preferred weekend and then work with us to arrange as many additional packages you need to create the perfect bespoke wedding. 

1. Venue Hire is for the entire estate for the whole weekend.  Decide if you would like a 2 day or 3 day destination wedding retreat.  Venue hire includes: the Wedding Arbour, Reception/Function room with tables and chairs, Bridal Cottage, Guest accommodation for 32, Catering Kitchen, BBQ and Bonfire area... and 160 acres of stunning Grampians Park Station!

2. Add on a catering package if required or arrange your own caterer.  We have 3 outstanding partner caterers who offer a huge range of beautifully presented and delicious options for range of budgets.

3. Add on any other packages that you may require? Live Band, DJ, Crockery/Cutlery/Glassware hire, Florist, Barman, Minibus and driver? We strive to help deliver anything that you might need.  Just ask to see how we can help.

Our Bespoke destination weddings are the most popular.  The large private estate is the perfect setting for a full weekend with your friends and family and having so much guest accommodation means that almost everyone can stay on site.  Most of our bespoke wedding packages are for a full weekend but a growing number make a long weekend of it and include activities, games, local wine tours and walks in the Grampians. 

However, if you want us to take the stress out of planning your Wedding, our meticulously organised team offer a full package wedding to arrange almost every aspect of your wedding day. 

We also offer Elopments and Ceremony-Only packages. 

Bridal Cottage with stunning views:  our 2-bedroom fully self contained bridal cottage has stunning views of the mountains and is situated on the next property giving your peaceful intimacy but also close access to the party! 

8 x Family rooms for Guest Accommodation: We can sleep up to 32 of your guests in our 8 large comfortable family rooms which is nearby the reception room for the comfort and convenience of your key guests. 

Camping: The Grampians are a famous camping region and so we offer 21 campistes with stunning views of the grampians only a few hundred meters away from the reception room.  Guests are welcome to book a campsite, camper or caravan spot so that they don't have to drive after the party.

*Additional accommodation can be booked in the surrounding towns of Ararat, Stawell, Halls Gap, Pomonal or Moyston which are all within 30 minutes.  You can book our driver to transport any guests that are staying offsite. We also partner with another estate close by who has further accommodation for 16 guests.

Unfortunately no pets are permitted to stay on site.  Grampians Park Station is surrounded on 3 sides by the Grampians National Park and part of the charm of the estate is that we have a huge range of native Australian animals who feature on the property and the presence of domestic pets scares them away.

Special arrangements can be made for a family pet to be part of the ceremony and photographs but they will need to be kept safely offsite during the remainder of the weekend to minimise the impact on the Native animals.

The wedding venue is on 160 acres of Grampians Park Station which affords many activities to keep your guests occupied:

• Nature Trail. Our 5km nature trail affords a complete immersion into the natural Grampians bush and is great for seeing the nocturnal animals after dark.
• Waterfalls. Kalymna falls are only 6km from the estate. Either drive to the car park and enjoy a 30 min walk up to see the falls or if you are more adventurous you can hike directly from the estate.  
• Paintballing. Grampians Adventures runs paintballing nearby and is a popular post-wedding activity (and also as a pre-wedding Stag/Hen function).
• Wine Tasting. Grampians wines are famous for thier exceptional quality - why not organise for an expert to come and do a wine tasting on-site for your guests.
• Games. The large open fields are great for organising a game of Aussie Rules, Soccer or Rugby.

• BBQ. We have a commercial electric BBQ area so you and your guests can have a chilled BBQ anytime of the year.
• Bonfire. Our Bonfire area surrounded by half log seating, grazing table and festoon lights creates a great atmosphere for the non-wedding evenings. *cannot be used during total fire ban periods.
