Who organises the food at a wedding venue and can it be organised to be halal?

We have an in house catering company called Lakkis Catering. They are able to cater to most dietary requirements on request.

Do I need security at my venue?

Do most venues provide this or do I need to look around? I don't know if I need it, but we have a large group (210) so I wanted to know if that means I need it? Also what is the ratio of security to guests?

Hiring a security guard is a mandatory requirement when booking one of our venues and there is an additional cost for this. Please speak directly to the wedding enquiry at the venues to obtain a quote.
