Welcome to The Seacliff Beach Hotel, located on the iconic Seacliff Beach.

The Seacliff Beach Hotel or "The Cliff" as it is know to locals, has been a destination for food and ice cold drinks since 1935. The Seacliff is renowned for its amazing pub food, huge range of beer and cider on tap, live music five days a week and the perfect place to hold any function in our exclusive Blue Swimmer function room.

Our stunning beachfront location makes our venue ideal for any function, boasting sea views from the balcony and large open windows, overlooking Seacliff Beach.

We offer a range of half day, full day and night time packages, with catering available for sit down dinners, work lunches and finger food. Planning your menu is made easy with our extensive selection for the style that suits your function.

The Blue Swimmer Function Room is an ideal location for any corporate event or exclusive function including weddings and engagements. This is our private function room, with fantastic beach views, with a private bar, amenities and exclusive entrance from the top car park.

The room is also fully equipped with a ceiling mounted data projector, microphone and DVD player. The space seats up to 80 people for a sit down function, or 140 for a cocktail style.

We had the Blue Swimmer Function Room and it was a gorgeous venue! Food was delicious, the bartenders were so lovely and the wait staff were fantastic, rotating food around the room! Eloise the function manager is lovely, happy to have had her help to organise!

Will venues generally allow you to take pictures before the ceremony?

I want to do a photo shoot before my wedding in our set-up reception venue, is that too much to ask? Or is that a common thing...?

Do I need security at my venue?

Do most venues provide this or do I need to look around? I don't know if I need it, but we have a large group (210) so I wanted to know if that means I need it? Also what is the ratio of security to guests?

We handle all of the security requirements for the venue at our own cost. The security will be on premises but not directly in your function room.

Two hours gap between the wedding ceremony and the reception.. is this acceptable?
