Room for improvement ! We got married according to the Middlebrook running sheet at 3pm. But our guest were not allowed into the Estate until 4.30 many guest sick of waiting outside left and didn't come back until the reception. One of the reasons we picked this venue was so the guest didn't have to go anywhere in between the ceremony and reception. We asked if the doors could be opened but were told no as the food wasn't ready ! I will point out that the drinks and food between 4.30 and 5.30 cost extra and are not part of the package. At the reception our guest were suppose to have a choice of two entrees but they ran out of one. !! We wanted to dance, everybody wanted to dance, but the Wedding waltz, dance is not allowed to be done until all meals are served, including desert, and the tables cleared. Dancing is late and time is limited. Table services for drinks is limited as staff numbers are low. Coffee and tea is not served at the tables and desert bar is in the foyer, many guest were not aware this is even available. Definetly room for improvements !!
