HOW WILL WE GET FROM HERE TO PLANNING AND OR DESIGNING YOUR WEDDING TOGETHER?

1 | CONSULTATION

After reviewing our brochure, we look forward to connecting with you via video call. During our meeting, we'll discuss what makes you both unique as a couple and the elements that symbolise your commitment to one another. Following this, we will need to gather some key details: your preferred wedding date(s), estimated guest count, desired destination(s), your vision for the event, and your budget. Understanding these aspects will help us determine how we can assist you effectively.

2 | PROPOSAL

Following our consultation, we will collaborate on creating an invoice tailored to your chosen location and a mood board reflecting your wedding vision.

3 | LET’S DO THIS!

If you're loving what we can craft for your special day, just give us the green light, and we'll promptly send over a contract for your review. Once signed and the booking fee is settled, consider our services officially secured for your wedding.

TRAVEL

Travel expenses are subject to variation based on the destination and duration of travel. Quotes will be provided once the venue is confirmed. All travel arrangements for Tia and Claire Weddings are managed by Tia and Claire Weddings.

Tia and Claire were a godsend!!!! I didn't feel I needed wedding planners but I really wanted them. I tried to plan my wedding myself but I NEEDED Tia and Claire. The girls as a duo really were my fairy god sisters of the wedding planning. When I first got in contact with Tia and Claire I was blown away from the first point of contact. I didn't realise how much background work went into their roles. They set us up with an online platform and they took over the tasks I didn't want to even think about in the month leading up to our day. They contacted all our vendors individually and made sure everyone on the wedding team knew what they were doing. Tia and Claire not only gave me full confidence about my wedding day, they gave me better sleep, they were there next to me on site visits and they put so much love and care into my wedding. I was extremely happy with their on the day presence (they both worked so hard in the elements)and their wedding rehearsal direction. They led the wedding rehearsal so well and made our rowdy bridal party listen to them with love. They are personable, relatable, so easy to work with and a dream team. These girls are absolute magic in the wedding industry!
