From the initial consultation to the big day, we work closely with you to ensure every detail is perfect. Our Styling Concept & Creation service includes a thorough consultation to understand your vision. We'll visit your venue, discuss themes, and create a mood board with a colour palette, plans, and visual elements like flowers, centrepieces, and stationery. Our team will handle all table settings, from cheesecloth runners to candle holders, ensuring everything looks perfect. You can enjoy your day without worrying about setup or decor – we've got it covered.

Hi, I'm Lani. I created Oh So Boho through my love for celebrating all of life’s special moments, especially weddings. I specialise in Port Douglas destination weddings and offer couples a full styling service. There isn’t a “one size fits all” when it comes to luxury weddings – so that’s what I’m here for. I love helping my clients create the wedding of their dreams. My mission is to accommodate your ideas & concepts to create a truly memorable setting that is bespoke to your taste.

My starting point for Styling Concept & Creation is from $1,750.
This is a great option for those super organised DIY clients who have sourced their venue, planned their vision but need a capable team to set out tables on the day. Our scapes are on trend and updated regularly.
On the day, you can expect 2 staff members at your reception venue to organise the placement of flowers, menu & place cards, candles, charger plates, table runners etc.
Table setting hire is included in the cost. Please note however florals, candles and pack down are not. Should you need these extras please let us know to quote accordingly.

While this is just a guide and a recommendation, we would be more than happy to look at your event whenever you wish. Feel free to just give us a call or send an email.
We are based in Cairns, centrally located to service from Port Douglas to the Tablelands and surrounds.
If your event is interstate or international, please get in touch to discuss our minimum spend requirements and travel costs.
While we do the majority of elements in-house, at times, your vision may require an external supplier (for instance, Tiffany chairs, additional large furniture and delicate florals), and these will be quoted to you at highly competitive prices. We work with other reputable vendors within the industry.
If you would like to proceed with your booking, we require 20% non-refundable retainer. Once received, you agree to our full term and conditions. A confirmation receipt will be issued confirming the date & agreed cost. Full payment of our services is due 30 days before your event. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.
You may enquire directly through Easy Weddings or by our website’s contact form. Upon receiving your enquiry, you will be contacted within 24hrs to book in a consultation.
Our consultations are completely obligation-free and of no charge. For those out of town, we’d love to catch up with you virtually to discuss your vision.
Your special event is personal and unique, so we only want your commitment once you know that we are the right fit.
