The White Collection is dedicated to achieving absolute satisfaction for all our customers. To ensure your experience with us is as perfect as our wedding shoes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in Australia. We have a Haberfield based showroom, where our 600 styles of shoes are readily available to try on and compare between.
No matter where you are, we will persevere to exceed your expectations. Additionally, if there are any issues with any of our shoes, we offer exchange or return within 30 days from receiving your order.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping Australia wide using Australia Post for orders over $100!
We also provide Express shipping for your convenience and fast delivery.
A signature will be required upon delivery, if you are not home the courier will leave a card letting you know they attempted delivery.
You can either exchange them for another size, colour or new style of shoe, or request a full refund. You will not be left with shoes that you do not like or do not fit - as long as they are still in perfect condition!
We will happily issue a refund on full priced item(s) if it's the wrong colour, does not fit or is not what you expected! To proceed with the exchange or refund you must contact our team for authorisation and return your items WITHIN 30 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are exchange or store credit only and are to be returned WITHIN 14 days. Sale items 50% or more off are Final Sale.
We welcome all of our customers to come in and try on our lovely range of shoes and accessories. We encourage you to book an appointment, especially on the weekends, as our lovely showroom can get quite busy! However, you're also welcome just to walk in.
We are located at 86 Ramsay St, Haberfield, NSW, 2145.

Our large shoe range has various different styles, heel heights and comfort factors specific to each brand.
Depending on your requirements, style and comfort level we are sure to have the perfect wedding shoes for you!
Some comfort factors to look out for would be:
-Leather lining allows your foot to breathe, is super soft and accomodates your foot shape.
-Block heels provide a sturdy and comfortable supportive heel and are great for grass weddings.
-Double padding for extra comfort within the sole for all day wear. Feels like a cushion inside the shoe!
-Low heels for those not used to wearing heels in general are a great option.
-Platforms to take away from the heel height whilst still providing height without the harsh steep angle.
-Straps for extra support to hold you in your shoes throughout the day and all night dancing!
Best to go for a colour that either matches or compliments the dress tone. For example if your dress is bright white, steer clear of ivory shoes and make sure you choose a pure white shoe. You want to avoid a clash in colour tones.
Also, if your dress is anything but pure, clean white do not go for a white shoe. This can cause your dress to look dull, dirty and old as the shoes are a crisp bright white and the dress is slightly off white or ivory in appearance.
Blue shoes are also fun for your 'Something Blue'!
Nude is always a great option! Finding one that matches your skin tone nicely is best, so you get more wear of the shoes after the big day and there is no chance of the dress clashing with them.
If your dress has a champagne or cream based undertone, best to go with an ivory shoe. For a blush undertone, nude tends to look best and compliment the dress nicely!

Can't thing of anything unique, but then again, there are no rules. Bring in the sandals/Aussie thongs/boots. Anything goes. For a sweet touch, have the bride write a sweet message on the sole of the shoes, or have them personalised with your initials and date of the wedding.
Is it possible to get wedding shoes with orthotics or am I dreaming?
