OVERVIEW
The Foxtails & Co range includes 7 ready-to-drink, single serve cocktails handcrafted with Three Foxes spirits and liqueurs that have been infused with real fruit sourced from our local Yarra Valley farmers and organic botanicals. Foxtails add a luxe touch to your wedding and make great welcome drinks, wedding favours or gifts for your bridal party.

ESPRESSO MARTINI
Made with organic coffee beans, organic vanilla beans, organic cocoa and a hint of our in-house hazelnut bitters.
CRANBERRY PEACH AND ROSE
Made with real cranberries and peaches infused in our organic vodka and topped with our in-house rose bitters.
NEGRONI
Three Foxes Triple Bitter Liqueur, Three Foxes Organic Gin and our aged vermouth. She's very bitter beware!
COCONUT PEAR AND PINEAPPLE
Real coconuts, pears and pineapples held together in a white rum base to make up this tropical delight.
BLOOD ORANGE APERITIVO
Aperitif styled cocktail made with blood oranges and earthy botanicals.
MARTINI
Made with Three Foxes Organic Dry Gin and a dash of our in-house white vermouth. She's a bit stronger than the others at 20% alc.vol. drink responsibly.
LIMONCELLO
A bright lemon citrus liquer made with organic lemon peels, pulp and juices infused in Three Foxes organic high proof spirit.

Hi! I'm the Head Distiller for Three Foxes Distillery. I created Three Foxes in 2017 after realising my childhood dream of joining my uncle and grandfather in the family business and left behind my career in Engineering. A passion for craft distilling has infected 4 generations of our family and today I'm just as driven to create innovative botanical flavours as my grandfather was. I hope you enjoy drinking our spirits as much as I enjoy making them!

Of course you can! We don’t have a minimum order so if you want 20 of each flavour we can do that. Or maybe you want 2 Negroni, 17 Coconut Pear Pine and 34 Blood Orange Martinis. We will wonder how you came upon such specific numbers but will fulfil your order without hesitation.

Each Foxtail is created as a ready-to-drink cocktail so all they need is a quick chill in the fridge. They can be served straight from the bottle or poured into glasses. No ice or garnishes needed!
This is one to ask your venue. From our experience, placing Foxtails on the table is ok as they are intended as gifts and are 1.1 standard drinks. But we always encourage checking in with your venue to be sure. If your venue is not comfortable with this, the Foxtails can be placed on a table near the bar for guests to take when leaving or the bar staff can serve them as drinks.
We can turn orders around as soon as 5 business days, however this is dependant on the level of customisation. A fully customised label will take up to 4 weeks to produce.
Yes, you can pick up the order from our distillery during business hours or by appointment.
It is a 110ml bottle that is the of 1.1 standard drinks. We often get told the bottle is far bigger than it appears in pictures! From base to bottle cap it is 10.5cm or if it was standing next to an iPhone 7, it’s about the ¾ of the height. The glass bottle itself has a decent weight to it so it feels really nice in your hand.
Our distillery is located in Heidelberg West, approximately 20km east of Melbourne.
