Absolutely if you book in for full planning with us we find out what you need from a venue and can research and recommend based on your needs - take one of our current couples Alice and Michael as an example - busy working couple - Vietnamese background - they needed space for 200 guests, wanted the ceremony and reception at the same venue so there guests only had to travel to one location, good food with the option to celebrate and bring in Asian cuisine as this is super important to them and a gorgeous venue.
After looking at multiple options they settled on Bramleigh Estate.
You give us the brief and we include vendor research for EVERYTHING as we know you're busy! :)
While we often have clients who have already selected a venue and date before hiring us, we also have clients who require assistance with venue selection. Hiring a wedding planner prior to selecting your venue is a great idea as they can help you to find a venue that meets your vision and requiremets. Things to consider are venue style, alternate weather back up options, minimum and maximum guest numbers, budget, wheelchair access (if required), decibel limits (important to consider if you dream of hiring a live band), etc. Venue selection assistance and recommendations is included in my planning packages.
Surely we can help you find a venue. First, we'll talk with you about what you're looking for in your wedding, like the style, size, and budget. Based on your preferences, we'll suggest venues that match what you're envisioning. We might also take you to visit these venues to help you make a decision. Once you choose one, we'll handle the booking and all the details to make sure everything is set. On the wedding day, we'll work with the venue to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We're here to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible, ensuring you get the perfect venue for your big day!

Yes! A planner can help you find all vendors from the very start of your wedding journey or if you have certain places in mind, they can reach out initially to compile all the information you're after to help make the big decisions for your magical day
Absolutely, yes!
We normally meet with our couples to get information about their desired dates, styles, individuality, and visions. Then we can go from there and either recommend venues were worked at that are available, or we can go out hunting for a venue that will work for you.
We sure do! Your venue is arguably the most important item to tick off your wedding planning list, so it is of the upmost importance that it suits your vibe, requirements, budget, and aesthetics. After your first inital meeting, your wedding planner will go away and do the research, so you don't have to! Hello stress free wedding planning! I have a great downloadable on my website called 'Choosing Your Wedding Venue' that you might find helpful :)
They definitely do! Based on couple's style, preference and budget, us as wedding planners will do the research and recommend the most competable space. Proximity of the ceremony location is a plus, and must be considered.
Hello there, and congratulations on your engagement! Yes, wedding planners can definitely help you find a venue. They will discuss your ideas, preferences and budget, and short list venues that fit with these ideals. From there you can arrange site visits of any you think are possibilities.
At South Pacific Bridal, we have packages for our venues that include wedding planning services, so that is another option. But from the sounds of things you need the planner to help you find the venue. Check planner reviews, ask questions about how long they have been working as a planner for, what venues they have worked out of. etc.
I hope this is helpful, from Sherie & the team at South Pacific Bridal in Cairns :)
