Yes we are available for weddings throughout Australia and overseas. Please note, all bookings located outside of Sydney, NSW will be subject to relative travel expenses (accommodation and transport).
Absolutely, we offer a complimentary initial consultation which we hold face to face at our office or over zoom (whichever you prefer). Our initial consultation is the perfect opportunity for you to ask questions and see how we can work together. Planning a wedding is a long-term commitment, and we want you to feel confident with your decision to partner with us.
Ideally, we would love to work with you from beginning to end.
For Wedding Coordinating we recommend a minimum of 3-4 months; Wedding Planning a minimum of 6-8 months (subject to guest numbers).
We want to be involved from the moment you say "yes".
Therefore we highly suggest that you book your vendors as soon as you have your wedding date to avoid disappointment.
Yes. To secure your date, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the service you require.

Think of it as your very own assistant on the day. Dealing will last minute details, vendors, bump in and bump out times, styling set up, guest management, venue management, on field questions, and ensuring the run sheet goes according to plan.
Rather then stressing about it all coming together or getting your friends and family to have "jobs" on your wedding day, On the Day Coordination allows you to leave the coordinating to us. Having a coordinator there on the day ensures that you and your guests can have the most relaxed and stress free experience.

Our Full Planning Package is a bespoke approach to planning your wedding. We work with you each step of the way, from initial brainstorming and dreaming, to booking vendors, creating a design brief, and on the day coordination support. Our Full Planning Package is ideal for couples who don’t have enough hours in the day and need professional help to bring their wedding to life. With our Full Planning Package, each element of your wedding day is thoughtfully and professionally planned, booked, and styled.
Our most requested package is our Partial Planning Package - it is ideal for couples who have started their planning process - couples who have an idea of what they want but need help bringing it to life. With our Partial Planning Package, we will liaise with your existing vendors plus assist you in securing the rest. We will also create a bespoke design brief for your wedding day and offer you on the day coordination. This is the perfect package for couples who may be further along in their planning journey but still want the benefit and peace of mind of enlisting the help of professionals.

Most reception venues will come with their own venue manager. The venue manager is there to ensure the venue staff are fulfilling their duties. The main difference between a Wedding Coordinator and Venue Manager is the venue manager is focused on their venue and the Wedding Coordinator is focused on your Wedding.
The venue provided event manager’s priority is to look after themselves, their venue and their staff. It's an important job, however if there are issues with the sound equipment, decorations, flowers, photographer etc, it’s likely your venue manager won’t be the one to do anything about it. This is where the Wedding Coordinator comes in. The Wedding Coordinator is there to work for you, to ensure all the pieces come together seamlessly.
