Is it necessary or can I do most of the work with my partner? What are the features and benefits of doing so or is it simply easier and less stressful?
One Weddings
Hi Lizzie. There use to be a real stigma about having a Wedding Planner. Only the rich could afford that. This is so not the case. Now a days both of the couples work and just don't have the time to organise their dream wedding. Most Weddings can take around 250 hours to organise. As a Wedding Planner that is what we give you. Time, stress free, enjoyable and relaxing time before your Wedding. We do all the running around for you. We are able to get you the best deals in the industry. I love what I do as a Wedding Planner. It is with great joy to see the couple enjoying their day with great happiness and no stress. Congratulations to you Lizzie. Kind Regards from Sharon at One Weddings- Sydney
Is it weird to partner-up brother and sister in the bridal party?
One Weddings
Hi Jecyka,
Good question. My answer would be not at all weird. It is a celebration of the Bride and Groom and in one way the brother and sister don't need to feel awkward with their partner. For many times the bridesmaids have only met her partner once at the rehearsal and can at times feel a bit uncomfortable. I have seen siblings partnered in bridal party and have a wonderful time.
Remember its about YOU and your partner.
Wishing you well in all the preparations
Kind Regards One Weddings
Having a wedding on a weekday
We are having a Jewish wedding and as such are very limited to the days that we can hold the ceremony. I really don't like having it on a Sunday night so was planning to do it on the day before Australia Day so that everyone has the next day off. However, as the wedding will take place on a workday, how early is too eary to ask people to attend? P.S. sorry the category is so arbitrary. Had to just choose the least unrelated ??
One Weddings
Hi, This is an exciting time for you and congratulations.
I feel no time is too early to ask. If you give your guests enough notice then they can organise to take the day off.
A traditional Jewish wedding is full of meaningful rituals, symbolising the beauty of the relationship of husband and wife, as well as their obligations to each other and to the Jewish people. You don't want to rush anything so even an early afternoon is a great time so you the bride have plenty of time to get ready in the morning.
Most guests are very understanding.
All the best with the preparations. If you would like a stress free Wedding day please feel free to give me a call for an on the day coordinator.
Kind Regards
