Steffi, owner and founder of Lacuna Weddings, has plenty of experience planning both large and intimate events, so whether you’re hoping for a wedding with up to 150 guests or a smaller wedding for your close-knit family, Steffi can help you plan it. You will have a choice of selecting either one of three set packages, or choose from individual services to create your own bespoke package, to suit your budget and needs.
To ensure she meets your specific wedding needs, Steffi can meet with you for a cup of coffee at a nearby café, gathering all the details she needs to put together a bespoke wedding package for you. From here, she’ll do what she does best: plan a beautiful wedding that’s perfectly tailored to your needs.

Hello, I am an experienced event planner who has been working in the event management industry for over 5 years. I graduated from Sydney's ICMS with a bachelor's degree in Events Management, and am passionate about working closely with couples to help them bring their special day to life. I have created a flexible wedding planning business model, designed to achieve an elegant and memorable wedding to accommodate all budgets. Our wedding packages are tailor made to suit all couples needs.

The minimum spend for creating your wedding planning package is $400. This includes two selected individual services and the wedding planner service cost.
The minimum spend for the full service wedding planning package is $3,000, however discounts can be discussed depending on the size of the wedding and the amount of work put into the planning.
4 months minimum lead time is required if you are selecting individual services and creating your own wedding planning package. This can be flexible depending on the amount of work required and services selected.
8 months minimum lead time is required if you are selecting the full service wedding planning package. This can be flexible depending on the amount of work required and size of wedding (guests attending).
1 month minimum lead time is required when selecting the on-site wedding coordination package. This can be flexible depending on the size of wedding and work required.
No, you can select as many as you would like. However if you are selecting a large amount of services, it might be more cost effective for you to select the full servcie wedding planinng package instead.
We will send you progress payments on a fotrnightly basis as the work is complete. The costs payable will depend on the amount of work put involved and services selected.
We will charge you 10% of your oevrall wedding budget for the full service wedding planning package. We will send you progress paments on a fortnightly basis based on the initial overall budget, and will refund any difference that is owed or will charge the difference in the balance owing.
Yes, there is a minimum of two individual services to be selected when creating your own wedding planning package.
Yes! We are very flexible. You are able to request to book in more services throughout the wedding planning process as you see fit.
